Future Ready: Brain & Body Skills for Senior & HSC Students
Event description
An interactive 5-hour workshop designed to equip senior students with the tools they need to boost brain function, relieve stress and improve physical wellbeing—skills they can use throughout school, exams and beyond.
The sessions are run by Pei-Jiun Cheah, an experienced physiotherapist and the Owner & Principal of Mind Heart Body Centre. Pei-Jiun is a Senior Physiotherapist, a Pilates mentor, and a Meditation Facilitator with a passion for holistic health.
Joining her is Gabby Menge, a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, bringing her expertise in healthy eating and well-being.
Workshop Learning Outcomes:
