I’m the founder of Empowering Pathways and the creator and facilitator of Cocreation Gathering.
At the heart of everything I do is something I’ve always been drawn to - bringing people together and creating spaces where they can slow down, reconnect and simply be themselves.
Because life gets noisy.
We can become so busy doing, giving, supporting and keeping everything moving that we lose connection with ourselves, with others and sometimes with what we actually need.
Empowering Pathways is about creating space for that reconnection.
Through community gatherings, personalised 1:1 experiences, Reiki, The Empowerment Lounge and intimate retreat experiences, I create different opportunities to pause, explore, connect and discover what supports you.
There isn’t one pathway that works for everyone.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.

Cocreation was born from my love of bringing people together and creating genuine community.
On the third Friday of each month, people from all walks of life come together for meaningful conversation, connection and inspiration, alongside Community Speakers who generously share their stories, knowledge and perspectives.
It’s not traditional networking.
It’s real conversations.
Real people.
Real community.
You don’t need to own a business. You don’t need to arrive knowing anyone. And you certainly don’t need to be anything other than yourself.
Come as you are.
