Accommodation packages start from $4,050 per person, with private and shared options available.

A $500 deposit secures your place and is deducted from your chosen accommodation package.

Payment plans are available at 3% above the pay-in-full price, with final payments due by 1 July 2027.

Refund policy

Retreat to Empowerment | Cancellation & Refund Policy As The Retreat to Empowerment is an intimate experience with only eight guest places, accommodation, practitioners, catering and other inclusions are arranged and paid for in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to approach these situations with fairness and compassion. **Deposits** A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit will be deducted from your chosen retreat package. **Cancellations before 1 August 2027** If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. - The $500 deposit is non-refundable. - For cancellations due to serious illness or injury, supported by a medical certificate, a partial refund may be available. - Any refund will be assessed individually, taking into consideration accommodation, catering, practitioner fees, supplies and other costs already committed. **Cancellations from 1 August 2027** No refunds will be provided for guest cancellations from 1 August 2027, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. **Transferring Your Booking** If you're unable to attend, you may nominate another person to take your place, subject to approval, suitability and accommodation arrangements. Any financial arrangements between you and the replacement guest are your responsibility. **Unexpected Events Beyond Our Control** In the event of a major weather event, natural disaster, government restriction or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the retreat from proceeding safely, we will explore suitable alternatives, including rescheduling or refunds, in accordance with applicable consumer law. **Cancellation by the Organiser** If we cancel the retreat for reasons within our control, a full refund of payments received will be provided. **Important Information** All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Hi, I'm Sam 🤍

I'm the founder of Empowering Pathways and I love bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences and encouraging people to explore new ways of connecting with themselves and others.

I've always believed that some of the most beautiful things happen when we give ourselves permission to slow down, try something new, have real conversations and simply be ourselves.

And that's really what Empowering Pathways is all about.

Creating spaces for connection, self-discovery, personal growth and belonging.

Through Cocreation Gatherings, wellbeing workshops, The Empowerment Lounge, Retreat to Empowerment and personalised 1:1 experiences, I offer different opportunities to pause, reflect, learn, connect and explore what feels right for you.

Some experiences are about coming together as a community, sharing stories and learning from others.

Others are about taking time for yourself, exploring holistic wellbeing, finding balance or creating space for something new.

There isn't one pathway that works for everyone.

And you don't need to have everything figured out, be going through something difficult or even know exactly what you're looking for.

Sometimes it's simply about being curious, saying yes to a new experience or surrounding yourself with people who make you feel welcome.

I love collaborating with other practitioners, facilitators and community members who bring their own knowledge, experiences and perspectives to the spaces we create.

Whether you're joining us for a morning of connection, a workshop, a six-month journey or a beautiful retreat, my hope is that you walk away having gained something meaningful.
