SOMA Connect is a partnership of Shannon London and Trudi Hayes bringing you grounded holistic support through movement, breath mechanics and connection practices laying foundations for experience, wisdom and awareness.
Trudi Hayes lives on Gumbaynggirr Country at Missabotti. She is a mother of two children and is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker by trade. Trudi has worked in community development for the past 25 years and currently works in private practice with women, predominantly with trauma, using Somatic processing, Breathwork and Kinesology. Trudi believes that through working with the body, we can move patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us, achieving a sense of freedom and supporting self, co and eco-regulation.
Shannon London has been working around the community field for the last two decades, and developed a strong passion for education and empowerment supporting growth, care and healing. Now a mother, it has become even clearer we must heal to heal the world, if the world and our children are to have a future. Having worked in various fields and modalities such as advocacy and case management, bodywork and massage, various yoga styles, anthroposophical medicines, breathwork, and allopathic care. Shannon has found that there are many ways up the mountain.
