Taline is a somatic movement facilitator, DJ, musician, vocalist, and curator of embodied experience — with nearly 28 years of work at the intersection of music, movement, and healing.
Her practice began in 1998, teaching music and movement to young children — already weaving together sound, body awareness, Brain Gym and kinesiology long before she had the clinical language for it. From there her work expanded into children's hospitals, conscious dance events, music education, vocal performance, and over two decades of radio — all of it circling the same question: how do we use music, voice and movement to help people feel more at home in their bodies?
She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy, bringing clinical depth and therapeutic rigour to a practice that has always been instinctively body-led. Her facilitation style is warm, musically alive, and somatically grounded — informed equally by her training and by nearly three decades of holding space for people in wildly different contexts.
Taline is the founder of Soul Dance, a conscious dance and music event in Sydney, and the host of Moodswing on Eastside Radio — a show she has been curating since 2000. She is also a long-term Captain Starlight performer at a children's hospital, bringing joy and presence to sick children and their families.
Her therapeutic somatic movement work creates spaces where people feel safe enough to arrive fully in their bodies — through music, guided movement, and the intelligence of the body itself.
