Hi, I’m Natasha, the facilitator and creative arts practitioner behind Path To Self.
My work brings together Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, Jungian psychology and somatic practice. I’m especially interested in parts, dreams, image, symbol, story and the unconscious, and in what can happen when we get curious about the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to judge, hide or push away.
Through Path To Self, I create spaces for people to explore their inner world through creativity, curiosity and connection. I believe the parts we bury often hold more than pain or protection. They also carry creativity, strength, longing, wisdom and gifts we may not have known were there. There can be real treasure in those places.
I’m currently completing a Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy) and am trained in psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 & 2), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), somatic trauma therapy and expressive arts.
