Meet Tash, the Internal Family Systems and Somatic-Trauma Informed Practitioner behind Path to Self. Tash's journey into self-discovery started as early as she can remember, a curious child, in constant awe of the world around her and human nature. In adolescence, she began exploring various therapeutic approaches to make sense of life and her inner world. A therapist with a focus on embodiment and connecting to the innate healer within, she guides others using creative, somatic and trauma-informed practices. Tash is currently completing her Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy), whilst formally trained in psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), IFS-couples therapy (IFIO), and somatic-trauma therapy. Tash has completed numerous additional trainings in creative expression, health science, nutrition, relationships, and psychotherapy. Driven by curiosity and compassion, she provides a therapeutic sanctuary where people can explore, understand, and embrace their entire being. Join Tash on this adventure, supporting deeper levels of self-awareness, connection, and courage.
