Offering nourishing, soulful meditations to fill your cup.
Certified in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness from the ACMM (Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness:https://www.meditationandmindf...).
I am a lifelong meditator, and will remain a humble student.
With an interest in Buddhist psychology, I respectfully honour my heritage through Gong Fu Cha brewing: allowing tea to connect to the 5 senses, to Nature, to Self and Community.
Tea is an offering for peace, an invitation to sit in community, a grounded way to rest in mindful movement. And for diaspora, the tea table is a hopeful gathering place for us to explore belonging, identity and cultural awareness.
Through the privilege of travel, I am a student of global tea culture. Across India, Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Tibet, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia; the echoes of the Maritime Trade Route and the Silk Road remain. Tea brings us together. Compassionate learning continues to expand my knowledge of history, appropriation, intersections and cultural boundaries.
The Mindful Cup respectfully practices on Gaimaragal, Dharug and Gadigal land.
Our tea table welcomes all. So come as you are, friend. Sit. You are welcome here.
