REFUND POLICY

Tickets are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After the 7-day refund period, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us before the event to arrange a ticket transfer.

If Hot & Booked needs to cancel the event, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered a full refund.

Please note: Refunds are subject to the 7-day refund window and any applicable Humanitix processing fees.

Discount codes are available exclusively to Unlimited Baseline Pilates members.

1 discounted ticket per member, per monthly Hot & Booked event.
Valid for Full Hot & Booked, Pre Hot & Booked and Booked & Post Hot tickets only.
Not valid for Simply Booked tickets.
The same discount code may be used once per monthly Hot & Booked event.
Discount codes are non-transferable and issued to the intended member only.
Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Subject to ticket availability.
If a discounted ticket is refunded, the discount code cannot be reused for that event.
Your Baseline Pilates membership must be active at the time of purchase. If your membership is cancelled after purchase, your discounted ticket remains valid.
Discount codes are not valid for additional Hot & Booked events or activities outside of the monthly event.
