Get ready to heat things up this winter! Join us for a block of Hot Mat Pilates led by @Pilates.with.Chloe – created to keep you moving and glowing all season long! Choose from between the two (or do a dirty double back-to-back for the best of both worlds!)

HEAT (flow)

- hot, spicy, and seriously uplifting – think slow flows, deep core work, and stretches that’ll leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and totally revived

MELT (stretch)

- melt onto the mat with this heated stretch class, slower pace, deeper breaths, your movement and relaxation session all in one

Each session will bring the burn in all the right ways, giving you the ultimate post-workout glow.

What to bring:

• Large towel (and a smaller towel if you wish)

• Full water bottle

• Comfy workout gear (prepare to sweat!)

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, this winter series is the perfect way to stay warm, build strength, and feel amazing from the inside out.

We have the mats covered. No socks or shoes needed.

Chloe is a Pilates instructor + Breathwork practitioner passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. She welcomes attendees of all experience levels and encourages beginners to give it a try. She is qualified and insured to teach prenatal/postpartum and those recovering from injury. - Join us at Secret Harbour on Wednesdays and fornightly Saturdays!

Can I bring children to this event?

- This will be an adults-only class.

I am pregnant, can I still come?

- This one is sadly not for you, due to the nature of the heated room it is not recommended for those that are pregnant to work out in a heated environment. When you have had your baby you are more than welcome to join us for a sweaty session!

How long will the class go for?

- Classes are 40-45mins long.

What do I wear?

- It's going to heat up, shorts are recommended!
