What should I wear?

Wear your favourite pilates outfit as long as you’re comfortable. Be prepared to sweat! Don’t forget a towel, as it’s going to be a hot session!

Yes! The matchas/iced coffees will be customisable to accommodate various dietary preferences. Please inform us of any allergies or preferences when booking your ticket.
