Colombo kingfish ceviche
Refreshing curry powder cured kingfish with fresh coconut and chilli oil served with papadums.

Colombo corn ribs
Twice cooked sweet corn with curry leaf salt and katta spiced feta cheese.

Katta sauce hot wings
Crispy chicken wings coated in our house made hot sauce. Garnished with celery mallung.

Beetroot Bhajis
Caramalised onion and beetroot bhajis with date and lime pickle and coconut yoghurt raita.
