Siân Slade: Enterprise Fellow (Honorary) and PhD Candidate
Siân is based at the Nossal Institute for Global Health in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. Siân's research is on the mechanisms enabling patients to navigate across health and related systems with a focus on streamlining health service access and improving the opportunity for equal outcomes.

Leah Robinson: Project Manager at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia
Leah advocates for pharmacists and the role they can play in palliative care, loneliness and social prescribing across all practice settings at Federal, State and PHN (local) levels and helps raise the awareness of the pharmacists and their teams and how they can help support the wider healthcare team, patients and carers. Leah is currently co-developing the National Palliative Care Pharmacist Foundation training and pilot models as part of the National Palliative Care Projects (NPCP) program through the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

Jenny Kirschner: Pharmacist (BPharm Hons) and founder of PALS - Pharmacy Addressing Loneliness and Social-isolation.
Jenny is a passionate clinical entrepreneur with a mission to inspire, educate and mobilise the global pharmacy industry to address loneliness to improve community health and well-being at scale. Jenny has been published in pharmacy journals and magazines and has presented at peak national pharmacy conferences on the topic of loneliness. Jenny has also advocated at a Parliamentary House event championing the pivotal role that pharmacists can play in addressing loneliness. Jenny is the creator of the World First Pharmacist Training program on Loneliness, which was recently launched in partnership with the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.
