Creating heat from within and through our heated studio, Hot Vinyasa is great for those who want to move and sweat. Flows connect breath and movement, providing the foundation for you to move at your own pace. Upbeat music is combined with energetic flows.

Class is heated between 85-95 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
