Hat, hand and boot hot pot
Event description
Hat, hand and boot hot pot are culinary art experiences presented by Long Prawn (Practise Prawn World) at Wyndham Tech School.
Long Prawn has developed a series of events integrating technology, food and creativity at Wyndham Tech School. Extending their long-running series, Long Prawn looks at Broth is an interactive hot pot experience. Making, setting and demoulding hot pot soup bases in the hope of untangling the future of food.
Like a scary, mysterious and profoundly wise witches’ cauldron, Long Prawn wishes to create a future food hot pot. Exploring tenants of food which may just unstick us. Bubbling away in the Wyndham Tech School, together we will explore how smart farms, indigenous food systems, robots, cultured food, and innovation may just save us. Participants will create soup bases that reflect their solution to the future of food. Participatory, reflective, informative and technologically rich.
This event offers a unique opportunity to engage at Wyndham Tech School through the provocation of art and food.
