Working Together for Safer, Stronger Housing Pathways

This cross-sector training has been developed through consultation with workers across housing, homelessness, mental health and AOD services, ensuring it reflects real frontline challenges and practical, culturally safe solutions.

Designed for mental health and AOD workers supporting people at risk of homelessness or housing instability.

Participants will learn to:

• Understand housing systems and referral pathways

• Strengthen collaboration with housing providers

• Improve coordinated care and client stability

• Support clients to access and maintain safe accommodation

• Apply learning through real case scenarios and practical resources

This training builds confidence in supporting clients toward stable housing and strengthening cross-sector partnerships.
