Malvern Kāhui Ako NZIWR Free Whānau Workshop

Facilitated by the renowned New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience, this practical session for whānau will include tips and strategies that you can use to help keep your head above water in what has been a busy year. 

The good news is that wellbeing is our best protection against the stresses and challenges of everyday life. 

In this session you will find out what wellbeing is, why it’s important, as well as practical, evidence-based ways to support it.
