    Event description

Co-operatives offer something new: A fair, democratic and equitable way to do business.

Across Australia, there is a groundswell of interest in co-operatives. Co-ops are the original social enterprise as the structure is collaborative and builds community wealth.

Topics covered on the evening include:

    • What is a co-op, and how is it different from a standard business or not-for-profit?
    • Go behind the scenes with guest speakers from successful Tasmanian co-ops.
    • Could you start a co-op? Q&A with co-op experts.
    • Connect with Tassie's co-operative sector.
