Meditation sessions guiding 4 -12 year old children how to embrace CHANGE in every day life! Assisting children with their self-regulation, self-respect, what they think of themselves, self-image, self-esteem and inspiring natural creativity all while having FUN.

How much and Where?

$18 per session

Sessions: July: 19 & 26 | August 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 | September 6, 13 and 20

Please bring whatever assists your comfort: cushions, pillows, mats, towel, blanket and water bottles.
