How Re-Leased went all-in on agentic engineering

Public webinar

Most SaaS engineering teams are now experimenting with AI coding agents. Far fewer have turned that experimentation into software shipping faster.

Re-Leased saw early that simply letting people dabble was not enough. The team made the call to go all-in on agentic engineering and became one of New Zealand’s leading pioneers in this new era of software development.

Join Re-Leased CTO Tony Schollum for a practical look at what that decision involved, what changed along the way, and what the team has learned about building software with engineers and agents working together.

What we’ll cover

How Re-Leased rolled out agentic coding across its engineering team
Where the bottlenecks moved and what the team did about them
What work stays with engineers and what agents can take on
What this could mean for the next phase of software delivery

Who should attend?

CTOs, VPs and Heads of Engineering, engineering leads and principal engineers at SaaS companies, plus product leaders working through how agentic development changes the way they plan and deliver work.

Come away with a clearer view of what it takes to move from AI experimentation to a more agentic engineering model.
