Led by Yoga Instructor Sue McShaneCurious about yoga but unsure if it’s right for your body? Join us for this free, interactive workshop with experienced Yoga Instructor Sue McShane, designed to help you adapt yoga to suit your needs—no matter your level of experience or physical limitations.
Whether you're dealing with shoulder or knee issues, limited mobility, high blood pressure, or simply want to understand what yoga is all about, this session is for you. Sue will guide you through how to safely modify poses so you can feel confident and comfortable in any class.
There’s no set structure—we’ll tailor the session to those in the room and the questions or concerns you bring. We’ll also finish with a short, gentle practice to help apply what you’ve learned.
