Audits can be a challenging time for organisations and teams. This workshop, led by a NDIS auditor will give tips from an auditor’s perspective on how to avoid non-conformities. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and explore their own experiences of non-conformities through audit process.

Common non-conformities and how to address them
Understanding the auditor’s perspective of the process
Tips on how to avoid receiving non-conformities
