It seems that wherever we look or listen, we are hearing about anger, violence, hatred and mean spiritedness occurring in so many different places around the world, including in our own backyard.
But is it a balanced view of the world? How can we not feel despair? And how can we be kind to others, when it seems so many people are being unkind so much of the time?
Join our Spiritual Care Practitioner Tsultrim, as we consider this current state of affairs and learn how we can respond in ways that encourages us to use patience, compassion and wisdom towards people and situations we may find disheartening and distressing.
