Workshop Overview

What if curiosity was your most practical skill? Wonder asks what could be and play lets you test it. In this hour, Wondiverse founder Madeleine Jaine Lobsey shares WonderPlay, her approach to bringing wonder and play into how people of all neurotypes plan, work, make decisions and build anything together. Find out how it supports wellbeing, drives innovation and creates relationships that help a social enterprise grow.

Why this workshop:

When we design for the average, we overlook the ideas, creativity and innovation that come from diverse ways of thinking. At Wondiverse, we know inclusion isn’t just about fairness, it’s about building a world that works. When every kind of mind is valued and empowered to contribute, communities thrive, organisations evolve, and entirely new possibilities emerge.

That’s the world we’re here to create, one playful, human connection at a time.
