DIY - Join local artisan Peter Kabanoff as he demonstrates how to build a bird feeder

Registration includes entrance into the raffle to win a possum box. Handcrafted items will also be available for purchase at the workshop.

Once an experienced builder of human-sized houses, Peter Kabanoff has recently shifted his focus to houses for birds, insects, bats, and possums. This smaller scale has given Peter complete creative freedom to redefine the tired idea of what a bird house should look like while also helping him tackle much larger environmental issues. Peter approaches each of his work as practical art, recycling discarded materials and celebrating sustainability while providing all sorts of animals and critters with luxury homes.

Join Peter's workshop in the plant stall area for a chance to reimagine what a bird feeder can be and learn how to make one of your own.

Handcrafted items can also be purchased on the day. Remember to register for your chance to win a possum box and the grand prize draw.
