Visit a Landscape Designer’s own home & freshly built kit pizza oven with exquisite stonework to explore creating an outdoor cooking area at home from somebody who is a leader in their field.
Hosted by Alan Richardson from Changing Landscapes we explore the considerations & complexities of building your own pizza oven & entertaining space from somebody who creates stunning living spaces for a living.
We then explore how to make Neapolitan style pizza dough from scratch using household equipment, then some tips & tricks on mixing, proving, shaping, storing, stretching & cooking pizza from Stuart Derham from The Local Metung.
