Creel had launched ten businesses before finishing high school and a further two at university. At age twenty-five, he co-founded Blueprint Management Group with $5,000 dollars and grew it to over a 1,000 employees - exiting a decade later for over $100 million.
Since exiting his business Creel has dedicated his time to fostering entrepreneurship on a global scale. From investing in over 160 early-stage tech companies to authoring a best-selling business book and creating the curriculum for the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship in South Africa – Creel is passionate about how business can be a force for good. Creel is on the City of Sydney’s Business, Economic Development & Covid Recovery Advisory Panel.

She is passionate about business and sustainability and believes that reaching net-zero emissions is achievable and profitable when done right.
Barbara holds a master’s degree in commerce from the University for Business Administration and Economics in Vienna and studied at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
