Many start-up founders really struggle to be clear on all aspects of their business model.
It seems to be just as difficult for established business owners with a new product or idea - or for the founder of a start-up. There are so many variables to consider.

The lean canvas is a tool that enables us to easily see an entire business model on a page.

The canvas provides a map of your business model and covers the the problem, the approach on how to sell, how to price, considering costs, product benefits, unique value proposition and more.

This tool can be incredibly valuable at all stages of the commercialisation journey; from communicating the idea during customer research, to refocusing on what is important in bringing the solution to market, and to outlining the approach for grant funding or for investors.

In this session, experienced Business Coach Justin Davies will outline:

What are the elements of the Lean Canvas
How to avoid the errors others have made along the journey
How to get the you need clarity to improve your business
Provide an exercise to help refine your business model
Plus there will be plenty of opportunity to focus on your plan over coffee / morning tea after the session

This session will help you get really clear on your business model providing you with a lean canvas as a one page action plan for your business.
