About the Presenter:
Adele Vincent is experienced in teaching Ryoho Yoga, Krishnamacharya Hatha, Satyananda Hatha, meditation and children’s yoga. Adele has a PhD in neuroscience, multiple yoga qualifications and is an author.
Adele has taught in studios, kindergartens, schools, childcare centres, the corporate sector, community classes, online and outside. Currently, Adele takes clients for private therapy consultations (online and in-person), trains new children’s yoga teachers with Zenergy Yoga, does podcast interviews, runs retreats, and writes whenever there’s a spare moment.
With a life-long love of learning, Adele is a sponge for anything to do with 5-element theory, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, meridians, ancient yogic and Vedic scriptures, neuroscience, meditation and consciousness. But nothing moves her quite as much as seeing the light shining in people’s eyes when yoga brings them back in touch with their spirit.
What to bring:
- pencil, paper, eraser (pacers are the best, otherwise a sharpener)
- wear clothes suitable for doing a bit of yoga (optional, just a few moves)
- have a mat or bit of space to do yoga where you can be seen on-screen (optional)
