More about our guest speaker Fiona Luca

Growing up in a family dedicated to small business and having built and sold successful businesses herself, Fiona Luca is no stranger to the hard work that comes with entrepreneurship and the creative depths that have to be reached to create the kind of environment that truly helps clients level up, moved to take action.

A renowned performer, dancer, choreographer, business owner, and coach sharing her own story, Fiona is a creative practitioner & movement and mindset coach driven to support women of all ages facing the same challenges she has faced in the past.

In 2017, Fiona stepped down as Director of a thriving business. After winning the Victorian Musical Guild and People’s Choice Awards and being nominated for an Australian Business Women of the Year in the Geelong Region, she took some time off to focus on her young family and get back to what it was that really moves her soul. Fiona founded Move with Fiona Luca to serve those wanting to reclaim their power and choice when life has become all-consuming.

To help women and business owners reconnect with their soul’s purpose after leading a conventional life, Fiona positions mindfulness, movement and mindset at the centre of her offering. Move with Fiona Luca operates bespoke group and one-on-one programs, inviting participants to star in their wellness journey and take their personal and professional development to new heights.

In keeping with her love of mentoring and inspiring the health and wellbeing of young generations, Fiona launched the Talking Youth Podcast in 2020, to give young people a platform where they can speak out and be heard.
