Why You Can't Miss This Film:

How to Get Away From My Toxic Family is a powerful Filipino drama that delves into the complexities of family dynamics, especially for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). The story follows Arsenio, a dedicated chef from Dubai, who returns to the Philippines with dreams of starting his own life. However, he finds himself entangled in the toxic behaviors of his family, leading him to question the true cost of his sacrifices.

This film is a mirror to many of us who have left our homes to provide for our families, only to face emotional debts and expectations upon our return. It's a story that resonates deeply with the Filipino experience, highlighting the importance of setting boundaries and choosing peace over pressure.

This is more than just a movie; it's an opportunity to bond with family and friends over a shared experience. Let's come together, reflect on our journeys, and support Filipino cinema.
