How To Get Youth Volunteer-Ready - Workshop

Is your organisation looking to take on youth volunteers? Partner with us and join our Youth Volunteer Program as one of our trusted Youth-friendly organisations. 

In preparation for our Amazing Youth Volunteer Race, and to help you work towards youth-volunteer friendly structures in your organisations, we are offering a workshop on youth volunteer-readiness. Everyone who wants to work with youth volunteers is welcome.

We will cover youth volunteer motivations, how to approach young volunteers, how to create youth-friendly policies and environments and cover some problems that could arise. 

Light refreshments and snacks provided.

We are offering 2 sessions of the same workshop:
Friday 1 December, 10:30am - 12pm
and
Monday 4 December, 5.30 – 7pm
