Cooking is a skill for life! Learn how to plan, prepare, and cook delicious meals that are both healthy and nutritious! Learn to cook the meals that you want to cook to share with your family, carers, and friends! Connect with new people in your community who are also interested in learning a new skill!

Approximate 4-week agenda:

Week 1 - Meal 1 - Learn how to create an easy chicken curry! Learn about the Australian guidelines for healthy eating.

Week 2 - Meal 2 - We'll make a delicious Mexican taco bowl! Can you handle the heat? We will also discuss food safety and storage!

Week 3 - Meal 2 - Shop for and prepare a meal that you planned and budgeted.

Week 4 - Meal 4 - Lastly, you get to choose what we cook this week.
