This session will be led by David Spear, Principal of Spearhead Strategic Design and Innovation. David is an award winning innovator, who has set up, run and led organisations in Victoria, Queensland and Canberra. He is also a dedicated community leader helping to shape positive economic, social, and environmental outcomes in the Geelong region.

David's business, Spearhead Strategic specialise in teaching people and organisations how to successfully innovate, and how to think and act like entrepreneurs. David has successfully trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of businesses to support their success, including recent client at Deakin University's ManuFutures National Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Hub, and the Victorian Transport Accident Commission.
