After retiring from 38 years of successful competitive dancing and professional performing in 2016. Due to a variety of chronic illnesses and depression Andrew began a journey of healing and self-development.
Andrew sold everything up and went travelling to explore a wide range of holistic and complimentary wellbeing modalities. After many courses, retreats, detoxes, practices, therapies, healings, psychedelic journeying, realisations and qualifications, Andrew has created his own unique fusion of therapeutic dance and life coaching modality called - Metaphysical Dance.
Part of his work involves guiding people through gentle mindful breathing to help them regulate their autonomic nervous system.
Andrew is now keen to use his wisdom and skills to also help dancers through the challenges that competing and performing can present.
This 1hr workshop will be a combination of presenting, teaching, practicing and discussing or questioning the processes.
