Are you a coffee lover? Want to learn how to make coffee like a barista at home? Or do you just want to learn something new? In this 3-hour hands-on workshop you’ll learn:
- How to use a commercial espresso machine, grinder and tamper
- How to extract a great espresso shot with the perfect coffee crema
- How to texture and froth milk
- How to make the most popular café brews including Macchiato, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White
- Basic machine maintenance
You’ll have a lot of fun practicing proper tamping and milk steaming techniques. Meet new people and taste test your creations. We’ll also cover how to use the spent coffee beans in your compost or garden, and even how to make a coffee scrub!
This is a practical session for anyone who wants to learn the basics and practice how to make great espresso coffee at home.
