Blue Cabin is a charity which focuses all its work on care experienced people. And in 2021, the way that Blue Cabin measures its impact changed, thanks to a partnership with tialt - a team which specialises in evaluation frameworks that are rooted in care, collaboration, and accessibility.

Jenny Young (director of Blue Cabin) and Dougie Lonie (co-founder and co-director of tialt) will share how the two organisations have worked together to develop a whole-organisation approach to learning, evaluation and impact - one grounded in creativity , care and genuine partnership.
