This training course has been developed for council and private certifiers that need to notify an applicant of the critical stage inspections related to an application. This notice must be lodged on the NSW Planning Portal (Reference: Section 58 of the Environment Planning and Assessment (Development Certification and Fire Safety) Regulation 2021.)
This session will demonstrate the process for:
- Uploading the critical stage inspection schedule on the NSW Planning Portal
- Viewing the notification sent to the applicant
