This training course has been developed for council and private certifiers that need to record the critical stage inspections related to an application on the NSW Planning Portal.
Critical stage inspections are recorded by the principal certifier against an approved Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or a Construction Certificate (CC) and includes the recording of inspections carried out and missed inspections.
This session will demonstrate the process for:
- Recording a critical stage inspection on the NSW Planning Portal
- Recording any missed inspections on the NSW Planning Portal
