An intimate watercolour workshop set in the beautiful Balingup Town Hall.
In this guided, step-by-step session, you’ll be introduced to the process of painting a Red-tailed Black Cockatoo feather, while enjoying a glass of wine and thoughtfully prepared nibbles. Designed to be both relaxing and immersive, this workshop welcomes all skill levels- no experience needed.
Working from one of two real Red-tailed Black Cockatoo feathers, you’ll use artist-quality materials to create your own A4 archival artwork to take home. You’ll also be given a “How to Paint a Redtail Feather” manual to take home, so you can revisit the process and continue painting in your own time.
All materials are carefully selected and provided.
Please bring a warm coat for comfort, and an open mind ready to slow down and enjoy the process.
