How to Prevent Burnout + Fatigue - Melisa Byrne Naturopath
Event description
HOW TO PREVENT BURNOUT AND FATIGUE
Wednesday 25th of May, 7pm-8pm (40min seminar + time for questions)
Often women are so busy caring for others, engaged in their work as business owners that they fail to recognise the subtle signs of stress. Often it is not until they reach a point of fatigue or pure exhaustion that they seek help and even then they are unsure exactly who and how they can be helped.
In this masterclass, the signs of stress are discussed, the HPA axis (hypothalaus, pituitary axis) and why when this is out of balance - your weight, hormones and thyroid gland can be affected. Recommendations will be given on foods to eat to nourish the nervous system, adrenal glands and thyroid with lifestyle strategies to help as well.
