This course provides council users with an overview of how to review a development application submitted through the NSW Planning Portal and either lodge the application or return it to the applicant.

The course will cover how to:

locate applications in the council work basket
review application details and documentation
request additional information
complete the completeness check and record the outcome

The session will focus on the key steps council staff must complete before an application is formally lodged for assessment.
