This workshop will be predominantly business specific and not overly technical.

Repaying your technical debt. Common patterns for technical debt remediation and how to have effective prioritisation discussions around repaying technical debt.
Take control of your technical debt. How to identify technical debt and how this will help you manage your technical debt in the future.
How to use technical debt as a valuable tool and how good practices can keep your technical debt in check
