This workshop is for anyone looking to turn their ideas into something bigger using creative writing. Whether you are an artist working on your first act, or a practicing performer looking to add some beauty to your words- this workshop is for you.

Before you start on your new performance idea, explore a new way to unleash its potential with Angela Peita. Whether your inspiration is a piece of music, a costume idea, an approach to an apparatus or a concept – let Ange guide you, to unpack that seedling of an idea and see where it can go before you start climbing that rope or rolling on that ground.

Angela Peita is a spoken word artist, workshop facilitator and live art producer. She is co-founder and co-director of Ruckus Slam, the hugely popular Brisbane slam and arts company.
