Lunch & Learn: How Unicorns Make Product Decisions. Fireside + Q&A with Richard Jeremiah (Airwallex)
Event description
In this lunchtime fireside chat, David will pick Richard's brains on what are the best ways to prioritise, sprint-on and measure the effect of product features. In particular, we'll look at Teresa Tores’ Continuous Discovery Method and see if it's a good fit for startups.
Time will be allocated for Q&A, so there will be great practical takeaways for both product folks and product-centric-engineers.
Key Takeaways:
- What does the Product Team look like at unicorn Airwallex?
- Ever wondered how Seek prioritizes feature decisions?
- How do you stop building features that nobody uses?
- How to start building business value rather than more features.
