HPS Movie Night Fundraiser

UPDATE

We've been so excited about this event, but sadly, ticket sales have been much lower than we'd hoped, even though we believe the $42 ticket price offers incredible value for what's included.

Since we are already committed to our cinema booking, we've decided to reduce the ticket price to just $35. We hope this will encourage more people to join us so we can get closer to our goal of breaking even and, most importantly, connect as a community and celebrate our amazing school and its supporters.

This event is now more than ever a fantastic opportunity to come together and have a great night out while supporting our school's vital playground shade cover project.

If you have already purchased your tickets at the original $42 price, we want to thank you for your early support! We would be happy to refund you the $7 difference for each ticket you purchased. Please simply reply to this email, and we will get in touch to arrange this for you.

Howick Primary School is thrilled to invite you to our special adults-only fundraising screening of Freakier Friday on its opening week! This isn't just a movie night; it's your well-deserved escape, meticulously crafted for a truly wonderful experience.

For just $35*, your ticket includes everything you need for the perfect night out:

• Cinema Admission to catch "Freakier Friday" on the big screen!

• A classic bag of fresh, hot popcorn.

• Your choice of a refreshing glass of wine, a cold beer, or a soft drink.

• A fabulous goody bag packed with treats just for you!

But the fun doesn't stop there! We'll also have an exciting raffle on the night, with fantastic prizes generously donated by our wonderful sponsors: Liquorland Howick and Paper Plus Howick. Your participation helps us reach our goal!

Every single dollar raised from this event goes directly towards funding a vital outdoor canopy shade cover for our senior playground. This much-needed shade will protect our children from the harsh New Zealand sun, allowing them to play safely and happily for years to come. Your support makes a tangible difference to their well-being.

Event Timings

Arrive for 7pm to grab your drink and popcorn, buy a raffle ticket and be in to win a Magnum Pinot Noir and bottle of bubbles from Liquorland Howick. Then, head in the theatre and grab your seat, mix and mingle with other guests. The raffle will be drawn just before the movie begins at 7.30pm.
