This in person workshop is designed to help you understand what’s been happening in Australia in relation to sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.
- What does best practice in preventing, identifying and managing unlawful behaviours look like?
- How do you challenge unlawful behaviours?
- Why do good people sometimes get it wrong and do unlawful things and how can you ensure your staff don’t end up in this space.
There will be an interactive Q&A session where Franca will provide you with creative alternatives to educate your staff about appropriate and inappropriate workplace behaviours and the consequences.
HR for Good offers you the chance to be part of a small group to benefit from Franca’s proven track record, over the last 14 years, in the demanding and complex environment of workplace behaviours.
