Franca Sala Tenna

Our guest speaker is Franca Sala Tenna from EEO Specialists who is the non-lawyer's lawyer!  Legally qualified, Franca spends her time making sense of the law so she can share her knowledge with people who need to understand it’s every day application.

Franca’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science (major psychology), Graduate Diploma of Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

This in person workshop is designed to help you understand what’s been happening in Australia in relation to sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.

  • What does best practice in preventing, identifying and managing unlawful behaviours look like?
  • How do you challenge unlawful behaviours?
  • Why do good people sometimes get it wrong and do unlawful things and how can you ensure your staff don’t end up in this space.

There will be an interactive Q&A session where Franca will provide you with creative alternatives to educate your staff about appropriate and inappropriate workplace behaviours and the consequences.
