This session is designed for People, HR and L&D professionals (particularly those early in their partner or business partner roles) who want to strengthen their strategic impact, visibility, and influence with key stakeholders.

What is this masterclass about?

Many People and HR professionals deliver high-quality work but struggle to be seen as true strategic partners. Instead of shaping conversations, they often find themselves reacting to requests, firefighting, or feeling overlooked in decision-making processes.

In this 90-minute live virtual session, we explore what strategic partnering really looks like in practice and how visibility is built through mindset, presence, and relationships. You’ll reflect on how you show up with stakeholders, deepen your understanding of strategic vs. operational partnering, and explore practical ways to build trust-based partnerships that create real impact.
