This session is designed for People, HR and L&D professionals who want to strengthen their confidence and skill when coaching and guiding leaders in day-to-day conversations.

What is this masterclass about?

Coaching leaders can feel challenging, especially when conversations are tense, ambiguous, or emotionally charged. Many People and HR professionals find themselves feeling unsure, reactive, or thrown off balance in these moments, even when they know what should be done.

In this 90-minute live virtual session, we focus on building inner confidence first, before moving into practical coaching skills. You’ll explore what helps you stay grounded and present in conversations with leaders, and learn a clear, practical coaching conversation framework you can use in real situations to guide conversations with greater clarity and ease.

What will you learn?

In this masterclass, you will:
✔ Recognise what supports (and undermines) your confidence in conversations with leaders
✔ Learn simple grounding tools to stay present and regulated under pressure
✔ Practise leading coaching-style conversations using a clear, structured framework

Session format & expectations

Format: Live virtual session on Microsoft Teams
Group Size: 6–12 participants for an intimate, interactive experience
Language: English
Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
