HR Community Masterclass: Leading Through Change
Description
Who is this masterclass for?
This session is designed for People, HR and L&D professionals who support individuals and teams through periods of organisational change and want to do so with greater confidence, clarity, and empathy.
What is this masterclass about?
Change is a constant in organisations yet the human response to change is often complex, emotional, and unpredictable. People and HR professionals are frequently expected to hold steady while supporting leaders and teams through uncertainty, resistance, and transition.
In this 90-minute live virtual session, we focus on understanding human reactions to change and your role as a change supporter, even when you’re not leading the change yourself. You’ll explore practical frameworks to help leaders foster trust, alignment, and resilience during transitions, while also reflecting on how you personally experience and respond to change.
What will you learn?
In this masterclass, you will:
✔ Recognise common emotional and behavioural responses to change
✔ Use simple models to support leaders and teams through transitions
✔ Strengthen your role as a calm, trusted partner during periods of uncertainty
