HRS Quiz Night and Auction 2025

This night promises to be a wonderful community event at which we aim to raise funds for a Playground Beautification project that all students can benefit from.

THE EVENT

The evening will be reasonably informal with several quiz rounds hosted by host with the most, none other than our very own, MC Maria Cicchiello! Interspersed throughout the night will be grand auctions of various big-ticket items, and an array of silent auction items available to bid on throughout the evening.

Everyone is encouraged to come dressed as your best interpretation of a ‘Garden Party’ theme for a chance to win some great prizes.

TICKETS

Tickets are capped, please ensure you secure your seats early.

Gather your friends and family together and book a table of 10, or, we can easily place you on a table with other guests looking to build a quiz team!

• Table of 10 - $250.00 (A table will be reserved under your name)

• Single tickets - $25.00 per person (seating will be allocated) ​​​​​
• Please nominate a seating preference in your booking should you wish to be seated with friends or other parents from the same year level. We will do our best to place people to ensure an enjoyable night.
  

CATERING

Catering options are available. Please make your selections when booking your seats. Catering orders close Friday, 2 May or when options are exhausted.

WHAT TO BRING

• Drinks and food will not be available for purchase on the night, please BYO food and beverages or catering is available for pre-purchase.
• BYO alcohol is permitted, although we ask that glassware, other than wine bottles and stubbies, not be brought for safety reasons. *Please note this is an adult-only event.
• Auction items will need to be paid for on the night, EFTPOS and Cash accepted
